Girls Talk Organization is a Non-Profit organization founded by Isatu M Bokum on the 4th of May 2018 that seeks to address issues affecting girls and women in Africa. They educate, analyze and advocate against Gender based Violence issues such as Child Marriage, FGM, teenage pregnancy, sexual violence etc.
The organization has over the months actively involved in advocacy projects and programs such as seminars on the International Day of Girls 2018 with 25 girls at SOS Upper Basic School, International Disability Day celebration with 20 students from GOVI and ST Joseph, outreach program with 50 students from Mansa Colley Bojang Upper Basic School, One month mentorship program with 14 girls from the age of 10 to 15 from different schools in The Gambia, Girls workout day celebration, International Women’s Day, Menstrual Hygiene Day amongst others.
Their win was announced at the Young African Leaders Awards Ceremony on 29th September 2019 in The Gambia
“Since our establishment, we have been able to reach hundreds of girls through our online advocacy and onsite programs. We stand out as an organisation because we believe in inclusiveness in achieving equality; in this case we organized an All Men Summit to bring together diversified young men from different backgrounds to interact and discuss the social, societal and the lines of connotations attached to the gender understanding. In this case, outline the key role men play as critical stakeholders to advance the mainstreaming and understanding of Gender base violence with a more holistic approach.”

Sandra Ifeanychukwu Ajaja is the founder of FemPower Africa, her hard work is contributing towards a better future for women in Africa. She teaches women about technology, leadership, and entrepreneurship (financial literacy, business plans, and soft skills).

They have organized Women in Tech events, conferences, workshops and hackathons across Five Countries in Africa- Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Zambia constantly driving conversations around Diversity, equal pay gap, digital gap and Inclusion in Technology, while channeling resources towards women building tech-enabled businesses in Africa.

Heba Assem Adel Mohamed is the general coordinator of the Arab African Summit simulation model at World Youth Forum. And general coordinator of the African Union simulation model.
She is a Pan-African youth activist, and a youth leader, her hard work is contributing towards a better future for Arab African Integration.
She believes in positioning young people at the center of civic education on the adverse effects of entrepreneurship, education, the implementation of the Youth, Peace, and Security Agenda and youth activism at all levels.

David Saah Nyumah is the National Director for the International Students Environmental Coalition, Liberia.
He is a hardworking and devoted young leader and an environmental activist.
David has written articles, led cleanup campaigns, facilitated awareness sessions, lecture series and inspired thousands of Liberians locally to become environmentally conscious.
He is the creator of the Liberian Youth Opportunity Network to provide opportunities such as training, traveling, capacity-building workshops, webinars, and numerous services to the young people of Liberia.
His win was announced at the Young African Leaders Awards Ceremony on 29th September 2019 in The Gambia
International Student Environmental Coalition-ISEC is an international network of 30 countries that provides resources and organizational power to help students anywhere in the world engage in the grassroots movement of climate justice. The organization was founded in Cologne, Germany in August, 2016. The main goals of ISEC are:

He is an educator, entrepreneur, who sharpen teens’ imagination between the age of 10 and 15 in tech fields.
According to him, he stated that “I want to learn about methods and solutions to youth unemployment to implement them in our program. With this, we can impact more youth by increasing their chances for high-level employment and entrepreneurship.”
