Executive Director
Fatou Dino Hydra born and raised in The Gambia, young innovative leader and a global citizen, she received her BSc in Health Care and Social Psychology from Institut De Formation Professionelle Privé, Rabat, Kingdom of Morocco.
She is leading African Youth Architects in improving Africa through quality Education and Entrepreneurship, honoring young people with amazing leadership skills who are making a difference in the world.
She has conducted research on sustainable development, education, and health care policy abroad in areas such as Spain, Finland, Morocco, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, and Senegal in various academic institutions.
She have volunteered with Center Cultural African for some time helping more than 500 youth migrants in Morocco and intended crossing to Spain with capacity building training on self-reliance and entrepreneurship.
International Coordinator
Emamsy Mbossa Ngossoh was born and raised in Brazzaville in the Republic of Congo, he received his Masters in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University, New York City, USA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Law from Abdel Malek Essaadi University, Morocco.
He is a Peace and Human Rights Advocate, passionate about community service and Youth Civic Engagement.
He was the former president of the African Students’ Association, Morocco, in the city of Tangier (CESAM Tanger). And a vice Chair of Media for the African Advisory Council of The Bronx Borough, New York City, USA.
Emamsy is a growing public and motivational speaker in the field of youth engagement and Human Rights with an experience of speaking at the United Nations, in Egypt at the World Youth Forum, in schools, colleges, and universities but also other International events.
Head of Marketing and Communication
Asma Rouabhia born and raised in Tunisia, Masters student specializing in Diplomacy and International Relations, she received her bachelor’s degree in business administration.
She is the founder of ProActive Youth and part of several youth-led networks globally.
Asma is a Tunisian lady and Pan-Africanist with big dreams and a vision of positive change.
She is a trainer in entrepreneurship, community solutions, social innovation and leadership. She is the first place winner of The U.S. Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) Alumni of the Year Award. She is Tunisia’s 2019 laureate of Women in Africa award. She is an award-winning project leader with the Islamic Development Bank and a winner of Accelerate MENA program.
Chairman, Board of Trustees
Zama is a Nursing Graduate, born and raised in Ivory Coast. He served as the health care director, for migrants in vulnerably/vulnerable and distress situations at IOM Rabat, Morocco. He is currently the director for AYA Media Group for Education and Entertainment.
Head of Finance
Aisha was born and raised in The Gambia, bachelor’s student specializing in Development Studies at the University of The Gambia.
She is a female youth – ambassador and Youth activist with more than six years of experience and an undoubtedly comprehension in Banking and Finance in her father’s company. She is highly brilliant and a credible voice in decision making.

Yahya born and raised in The Gambia. Founder of Smiling Coast Food Processing and Preservation Center Gunjur. He is a youth activist, YALI Alumni, with more than ten years’ experience as a youth leader, serving communities to better their living conditions and guarantee a brighter future for generations unborn.
Member, Advisory Board
Nicole Drepaul born and raised in the United States of America, she received her Master’s Degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University, New York City, USA. Her graduate thesis studies how to improve negotiations in peace agreements between various nations. It aims to provide interventions to ongoing conflict, and a B.A. in Communication and Cultural Studies, minor in Economics from Fordham University.
She has worked as the public relations and outreach manager for the Association of Negotiation & conflict resolution (ANCOR) at Columbia University.
She was English and History Professor for Community Impact, a teaching program at Columbia University. Her previous background deals with working in the legal sector in particular in the queens Supreme Court system. Also, she have conducted political science, sustainable development, and policy research abroad in areas such as Brazil, Prague, Geneva, & Bermuda in lieu with UN offices and various academic institutions.
She have lived in Madrid, Spain helping the state department bureau of Education & cultural affairs and have volunteered in Greece for some time helping, young children academically.

Talibeh Gibran Hydara Gambian was born and raised in The Gambia. He earned an Advanced Diploma in Journalism from The Gambia Press Union School of Journalism where he finished as the best student in all his courses. Since then, he has worked for various media houses in The Gambia, notably the state broadcaster, The Gambia Radio and Television Service (GRTS). He also worked as an editor of a leading national newspaper in The Gambia; Standard Newspaper. This made him to become the country’s youngest newspaper editor. Interim Education & Research Director
Kaddy Momoh born and raised in The Gambia, she received her Associate Degree in Business Administration from Borough Manhattan Community College, New York City, USA. She is currently working towards her bachelor’s degree in Finance and minor in Early Childhood Education at Baruch College Zicklin School of Business, New York City, USA.
Kaddy is an advocate for student’s rights, she was the former president of the African Student Association to represent Africans and make sure that the needs of African international students are attended to.
She served as a mentor for the UMLA club and a mentor in the IMPACT club for a semester and Secretary for the Student Government Association, an alternate in the University Student Senate (USS).

Musukebba Kinteh was born in The Gambia, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Relation European University Business School (EU) Theresienhohe 28, Munich Germany.

One Young World, Algeria
Yaakoub Benarab is a Young African Changemaker you should know.
He is an educator, entrepreneur, who sharpen teens’ imagination between the age of 10 and 15 in tech fields.
According to him, he stated that “I want to learn about methods and solutions to youth unemployment to implement them in our program. With this, we can impact more youth by increasing their chances for high-level employment and entrepreneurship.”
